C.L.E.A.N. — Campbell Local Emergency Action Network — was formed in 1996 to bring together industry, emergency responders, and the community to effectively prepare for emergencies. C.L.E.A.N. is a non-profit organization that is funded by donations from private businesses. Its goals include emergency preparedness, public safety and health, community education and public notification. C.L.E.A.N. is working with representatives from the State Departmentof Health, the Department of Emergency Management (DEM), the Honolulu Polic Department, the Honolulu Fire Department and other government officials to forward their goals of emergency preparedness and public protection.

C.L.E.A.N. — Campbell Local Emergency Action Network — is a volunteer, non-profit organization now in its 13th year of operation. Membership is open to organizations in Campbell Industrial Park and those in adjacent areas in the fast-growing Kapolei region. CLEAN is not an emergency response organization, but a coalition of businesses and first-response organizations dedicated to making emergency preparedness a priority.
